Human Resources Assistant

InventHelp company headquarters are located in the super cool and hip Cultural District of downtown Pittsburgh, PA.  We are just steps away from the theatres, sports venues, fabulous restaurants and nightlife!  All of these things help foster our unique and creative environment. We also have a network of 60+ regional sales offices located in amazing cities all over the globe.


Duties Include:

  • Assists with benefits administration and benefits paperwork
  • Assists with planning and organizing meetings, employee and manager trainings and employee events (i.e. holiday parties, company picnics, charity events, etc.)
  • Assists with new hire orientations and completes new hire paperwork processing
  • Assists in coordinating job postings and various recruiting duties
  • Assists in informing employees on various company events and other business correspondence through memos and e-mails
  • Assists with COBRA administration
  • Assists with 401K administration
  • Assists with updating employees’ job descriptions
  • Assists with processing personnel changes 
  • Creates memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary
  • Assists with various office duties and projects as assigned



  • B.S. degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Must be mature and reliable with the ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of federal and state laws and rules concerning human resources management
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and other human resources team members
  • Must possess excellent problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
