Human Resources Manager

InventHelp company headquarters are located in the super cool and hip Cultural District of downtown Pittsburgh, PA.  We are just steps away from the theatres, sports venues, fabulous restaurants and nightlife!  All of these things help foster our unique and creative environment. We also have a network of 60+ regional sales offices located in amazing cities all over the globe.


Duties Include:

  • Manages benefits administration and benefits paperwork
  • Plans and organizes meetings, employee and manager trainings and employee events (i.e. holiday parties, company picnics, charity events, etc.)
  • Manages new hire orientations and completes new hire paperwork processing
  • Coordinates job postings and performs various recruiting duties
  • Informs employees about various company events and communicates business correspondence through memos and e-mails
  • Manages COBRA administration
  • Manages 401K administration
  • Updates employees’ job descriptions
  • Processes personnel changes 
  • Creates memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary
  • Performs various office duties and projects as assigned



  • B.S. degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5+ years of experience
  • Must be mature and reliable with the ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of federal and state laws and rules concerning human resources management
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and other human resources team members
  • Must possess excellent problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
